The Team Guardian and Master Surveillant Certified Investigators have long been known for their professionalism and expertise.  The purpose of the Master Surveillant Training Program is to facilitate the professional and legal practice of conducting surveillance.  More specifically, it is our intention that any investigator or person conducting surveillance abide by any state, local or federal laws in accordance to their area of practice.  It is the belief of Team Guardian and Master Surveillant, that this policy best ensures the safety of Master Surveillant Certified Investigators and also to ensure that all surveillance practices are done within legal bounds.  Team Guardian and Master Surveillant take no responsibility for any unlawful actions made by a Master Surveillant Certified Investigator.  Master Surveillant Certified Investigators are instructed to obey the law above all else.
